The wow team is great at what they do. The owner has tonz of experience behind him and always knows just how to treat what ever carpet or upholstery stains you have, even hard to treat, delicate and expensive area rugs, both old or new. Very punctual and always friendly. No matter what the mess they get the job done and quite fast too. Their work is also always guaranteed. I trust all my spring cleanup carpet needs to WOW carpet cleaning and any year round touch ups I need! Thankyou for your great work guys!
I had a dog situation while camping in my 5th wheel. Pee everywhere. I called Wow, got John on the ph and told him the situation. He finished what he was doing and responded to the campground and came to MY RESCUE ON HIS TIME OFF!! He showed up in under 30 min. John sympathized with my situation and got my carpets fresh and clean in no time at all. Thank you John for coming so quickly and saving my holiday. No way I could go another 9 days with pee all over the carpet.Service: General carpet cleaning
Johnnie did a fantastic job had another company clean or carpets 3 times and the same stains came back once the carpet dried. This time with Johnnie's hard work the stains are gone. Thank you again.
