Dr Frederick badenhorst is approachable , listens carefully and takes seriously patient concerns. He is pro-active in referring you to other specialists if needed. Will send for tests if he has concerns and follows up and explains results to you. He is an excellent doctor.
He inherited a massive patient roster when he took on Dr Paisleys (retired) patients and should be commended for his commitment to care despite a massive workload.
Yes, it is sometimes difficult to get in-person appointments or phone call appointments, but that is a product of our overloaded health care system and not a reflection of him as a physician.
My doctor is incredibly kind and helpful for my disability, he has been great with solutions for pain management, getting me mental health help, listening to me instead of ignoring me, I couldn't thank him enough for what he does for me.
The reception ladies all know me and are so nice to talk to and have helped me multiple times with different situations. Going into a clinic can be stressful or vulnerable and all the staff make it a welcoming and calm to come into. I would recommend to anyone!
Dr Masson is excellent, very caring and compassionate. I never feel rushed and he answers all my questions. We are lucky to have such a good physician in Penticton. Nurses and receptionists are also very good and helpful. Thank you to all of you for outstanding care.
