I bought a Fender Micromustang here a few months ago and it was faulty and stopped working. I called this store and Bryce honestly gave me the best customer service I've ever had in my entire life anywhere. He took care of the entire process, contacted fender, and made sure that I'm going to get my money back or a replacement for the defective unit. I wasn't sure about the process of doing it myself and yeah I really appreciated the help. Thank you so much!

I took my sons guitar (that we purchased on Amazon) to Wentworth to see if we could get help having it re-strung instead of having to buy a left handed guitar. All the guys were super kind and helpful! They called me in under 2 hours to go back and pick it up! We will definitely be back and if my son takes to playing guitar this is definitely where we will go to buy a better quality guitar for him! Thanks Austin (and the other guys who helped us!)

I have been dealing with kris and Austin at Wentworth Penticton for a couple of years Now . They’re both awesome. Knowledgeable. Professional, and very friendly and great to deal with .
