Yesterday, Friday 1:30 PM truck wouldn't start in Summerland, time for a new battery, called Singer, they had the correct battery in stock, neighbour helped with a jump start, dropped truck off around 2:30 PM, by 3:30 PM Tim had the new battery in, codes cleared, back in business. Many thanks to Laura for squeezing me in and letting us get back on with our day and trip to West Kelowna. Should also mention that Tim's scrutiny on the truck's front end work done elsewhere last Fall (ICBC repair from a different shop) determined that a major part installed was incorrect, causing a height difference L to R and misalignment. Singer made it right. Thanks guys.

Never had a better or more caring and professional mechanic! Always the best service! Fast, efficient, professional and accurate! Will never go any where else. Laura and Tim make me feel cared for and looked after when I leave their shop!

Tim, Laura and the crew need more than 5 stars, period.My wife and I (first time customers) are moving to North Carolina and I wanted to have our 7.3 Powerstroke checked over before making the cross continent trip. The night I started the truck to drop it off, it almost didn't start. Turned out the glow plug relay was totally melted. However, the truck got to the shop, they booked it in for 3 hours to run all the diagnostics and checks and I think he only charged my 2.5 hours for that.After everything was checked out, Tim called me up and gave me the list of recommendations he thought we should take care of in addition to my already decently sized list.
