I want to share my appreciation for these folks today. Due to fire prohibiting me from leaving my house in the Okanagan, they are having all of the materials delivered to my job site so that my team can safely continue working. Companies that step up and support their customers deserve recognition when it’s due. Thank you to the staff at Robinson.
Looking for lighting was an overwhelming task for us. When we walked into the showroom, we were greeted and helped by Rhonda. She helped us get started, gave us suggestions and learned the styles and preferences we liked.
She was extremely patient and then followed up with a detailed email with further suggestions and a quote with affordable and mid-range options. She was amazing and made a very intimidating process easy.
I contacted the store earlier in the day to confirm that they had the toilet I wanted. There were a couple logistical questions I had and the woman was fantastic. I drove the 2 hours to the store and everything was ready. Another store employee was on his way out but stopped to help transfer the toilet into the vehicle.
Customer service was fantastic.
Will definitely go back again; even with the two hour drive.
