This was my first appointment today (Sept 16/2025) and I must say it was very pleasant. The receptionist helped me to fill out the questionary, since I did not understand some of the medical expressions. My appointment (assessment of my veins) started even a few minutes before the schedules time and Dr. Louw explained everything to me about my veins and answered all my questions. He came up with a treatment plan that I think is perfect for my case. The medical assistance booked me in for two treatments in September and one in the first week of October 2025.
