I phoned to ask why my computer would not turn on. Colin offered a couple of possible reasons and even gave me some idea what the cost might be. I brought the computer in and was pleased with the prompt service, in approximately 30 minutes the problem was solved. Reasonably priced service and part bill. Very happy, highly recommended.
