After struggling, with computer problem, stopped by his store. Listened to problem. Repaired the problem, in minutes! Tech was, courteous; extremely knowledgeable. Also, repair done, very reasonable cost! Highly recommend!!

But honestly, This is one of my most favourite businesses in Penticton. Every time I go in, they offer prompt service with a smile for a fair price
Never once have I came in with a problem that they didn’t have some sort of a solution for me
They also work Saturdays, which is super convenient for me and my work schedule
