The screen on the phone we brought in wasn't lighting up and the guy working there was very helpful, honest and upfront about costs. The phone got fixed, it didn't cost an arm and a leg, and he was super nice and helpful. 5/5 great place to get your phone fixed
My iPad Pro 9.7 (older model) required a new battery. I called another tech service who said the battery could not be replaced and I would have to purchase a new tablet. I took my iPad to Pen Hi-Tech to ask if the battery could be replaced. The very professional staff member reviewed my iPad and said it definitely could. They had the required battery in stock and where able to complete the service and have my iPad back to me within 24 hours. I am very pleased with their professional service and highly recommend Pen High-Tech.
