Ross had done the survey next door to my relative's place in Penticton in Summer of 2020, and a dispute arose as to the ownership of a shared retaining wall and it's impact on a proposed development. Ross was quick to make a personal site visit on short notice and provide additional surveying and mediation to put both parties at ease, and also assisted to reaching an agreement as to how to proceed with the proposed development with mutual benefit to both parties.
