They are members of the Fortis BC Trade Ally Network and Home Performance Contractor Network. CustomAir has received positive reviews from customers. Ryan, one of their technicians, was described as informative, efficient, and thorough. He diagnosed a furnace problem and offered to leave without charge, but the customer chose to have him check the system over. Mat, another technician, was praised for being prompt and able to identify and seal off a water leak on a Sunday. Milosh, a plumber, was described as extremely professional, repairing a small leak quickly and efficiently. The customers highly recommend CustomAir for their plumbing needs.
Problem with pool heat exchanger. Jordan came out, diagnosed problem (a failed capacitor) in 10min and fixed and running in 30min. Price and service outstanding. AND couldnt get anyone else to even look at it as we are end of Naramata Rd.
Ryan showed up and after a brief explanation from me what the problem was he diagnosed that either myself or my wife had turned the furnace switch off in our new place. Ryan offered to just pack up and leave without charge but I chose to have him check the system over while he was there. Ryan was informative and efficient and thorough. I highly recommend Mavco!
Mavco was the only company we could get in to stop a water leak on Sunday. Mat was prompt and able to identify the leak and seal off the line. Personally didn’t have any problems with Mavco.
