I had a rather complicated tire situation involving 3 seperate sets of tire and rims in the middle of winter tire season. The staff were patient and helpful through the whole process and even though, by the end, I never ended up having them do any of the work with the wheels other than taking off one set of bald summer tires, they never even charged me for the dismount. 10/10 service. Would recommend.

As with most kaltire’s they still run old equipment that breaks down in the busy season which prevents any excess work from being done, like loose changeovers or tire repairs.
They did above and beyond for me. I highly recommend there services since they’re an across Canada company.

Had an emergency flat on a long weekend saturday, and a tech offered to stay a bit late past close to help me out, while every other shop i called within a 2hr drive said no. Props to these guys would definitely come here again.
