However, the clinic faces challenges with its front-desk staff, who appear to be overwhelmed and unable to consistently answer the phone, making it difficult for patients to communicate about appointments.
Dr. Kavosian and the rest of the staff here have treated me great for the times I've had appointments. Very thankful to have a clinic so close to home and readily available. Contacting them has been prompt and I've felt very pleased with their customer service. Thank you!
Lots of great doctors at this clinic!The big problem is trying to get through to the clinic as the front-desk staff appear to be run off their feet and don't have enough time to answer the phone. It seems that 90% of the time when I call (during business hours) I cannot get through, and they do not have an answering system (your call is just disconnected if no one answers) - leaving you with no way to communicate with them about booking or changing appointments. I have literally tried calling this clinic multiple days in a row, multiple times per day, and not had anyone answer the phone.
A wonderful clinic full of kind, helpful Doctors and NP's.We are so thankful we were able to find a Doctor at this clinic. We have had to see a few different doctors and the care has been great with everyone.I have 2 teen daughters and twin toddler boys. Everyone is happy here!
