We have purchased three waterfront properties through Dori over the years, of which some were not even on the market at the time.And she has sold some of my neighbour’s properties as well, they all said that they had a great experience with her too.She seems to have more waterfront buyers and sellers in her own database than MLS does!She was able to get answers to things like, can I have a dock, or, is the current dock legal, can I add on to the home’s current footprint with all the government’s latest regulations?And she’s nice too!
