Carls saved me after a chain florist failed to deliver a birthday bouquet on time. I placed an online order with Carls on Friday at 8pm for delivery the next day, a Saturday. They called me Saturday morning to let me know they’d put something together right away and it would go out that same day just after 2pm. My friend got her birthday bouquet on time and they were beautiful! Amazing customer service and the florist designed a lovely bouquet! My only regret is that I didn’t choose Carls first, will not make that mistake again - Thank you!
A girlfriend of mine was sick, so I wanted to send her some flowers to cheer her up. I called Carl and spoke to a wonderful lady who walked me through the process and actually sent me pictures of the different arrangements that I could choose in my budget. Turns out, that she lived just a few blocks from the shop, and somebody walked the delivery over to her about a half an hour later. It was absolutely beautiful, and two weeks later it’s still blooming. I highly recommend just talking to the staff at Carls and telling them what you need.
Ordered flowers for my wedding by just sending them pictures and a phone conversation. Sheryn was so helpful and so nice. They put together amazing flower arrangements for me I couldn’t have been happier and for a good price too!
