Carls in Penticton did my bridal bouquet and my husband's boutonniere and we have nothing but good things to say! The staff were friendly, the price was reasonable, and (most importantly) the floral was beautiful!

Twice now in under 2 years, I have had to order some flowers on short notice for a funeral service.The first time was less than 24 hours notice when it I realized that my parents had skipped florals entirely due to budget constraints for my stepbrothers service. They put together some simple, lovely arrangements which the flowers they had and gave us such a good deal. And no one minded that I had no idea what I was talking about or judged me for looking so last minute.Unfortunately, my stepdad passed away this past week and I found myself again needing flowers for a service. Carls Flower Company Penticton went above and beyond for me. I was trying to get a gift-basket delivered but no one was at the address and no one was answering their phone. They sorted it out and made a few calls and got everything delivered. Their service is excellent!
