My experience with Carl’s flowers was exceptional. I live in Ontario.The staff were very helpful. The delivery was very timely. I added one of their beautiful handmade cards to my order. My friend who received the flowers was absolutely thrilled with the beautiful arrangement!

I'm a procrastinator and I didn't remember my mom's birthday until two in the afternoon on the day of. I don't live in the same Province. Frantic, I phoned a few Penticton flower shops. Some of them seemed like call centres! Finally called Carls and got Janna on the phone (hope I got her name right). She was awesome! Sorted it all out for me and assured me it would get looked after. They called my dad to arrange delivery and it turns out that they weren't home for delivery but were out for lunch and would be heading right by there on the way home so they would just pick them up. Carls saved me after a chain florist failed to deliver a birthday bouquet on time. I placed an online order with Carls on Friday at 8pm for delivery the next day, a Saturday. They called me Saturday morning to let me know they’d put something together right away and it would go out that same day just after 2pm. My friend got her birthday bouquet on time and they were beautiful! Amazing customer service and the florist designed a lovely bouquet! My only regret is that I didn’t choose Carls first, will not make that mistake again - Thank you!
