I am so impressed with the service in this store!! ? I live over an hour away from any Bosley's that stock RDBK raw cat food. As I had an appointment in Penticton, I called to order 2 boxes of the kind my cats love, they were unable to order any as they have a dollar minimum to place any orders. Shyla went the extra mile and called another store to put together an order to compliment mine and reach the minimum order criteria. Thank you so much Shyla! My cats and I truly appreciate it ♥️

I recently had a very challenging drive from the coast to the Okanagan with a cat that got diarrhea on route and soiled her crate and then panicked and got it all over herself. It was terrible as I had no way to clean or help her, and was on the way to a cottage with no facilities to deal with the situation. My friend called around Penticton for me and it was Bosley's who said they would help me out, and boy they sure did. When I arrived they were expecting me and were ready with everything to bathe her.
