Well for one Joelle always is so kind. She remembers you which is so refreshing, makes great conversation to help make getting your blood drawn a less painful and nauseating experience. She always has a smile on her face and seems to really love her job.
Suzette is phenomenal at her job. She is quick and painless. My veins are terrible and usually takes others a long time and many tries to get my vein. Suzette gets it first try first look every single time. You don’t even feel the needle. She is so kind and quick and I look for her every time I go for blood work which is quite often.

Suzette made my experience the best I’ve had yet. Her energy and attitude was super joyful and professional. She has a magic touch… I didn’t feel a thing and didn’t even realize she was finished. Super impressed!! 10 / 10

I had an incredible experience at the lab, thanks to Suzete. I haven’t been able to get blood work done in six years because of an extreme phobia, and I honestly didn’t think I’d be able to go through with it. But she completely changed that.When I sat down, her calm presence put me at ease.
She talked me through everything with so much patience and reassurance, and somehow managed to get my blood draw done in under five minutes. I still can’t believe how easy she made it feel, something I’ve been terrified of for years.
