After receiving extremely high water bills and gas bills I message Hawthorne plumbing and heating to have them come and have a look at my water tank. From first contact. Brad was excellent with communication and was able to squeeze me in. Turns out the water noise I was hearing from the water tank was a broken valve. so the water was continuously running and heating and dumping out hot water.. he was able to immediately replace the valve on my old water tank. Explaining what he was doing every step of the way. What a great company. Shout out to Brad. He was efficient and friendly throughout 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from this happy customer.

Brad was excellent and came to our rescue to replace our hot water tank. Brad visited us on the same day we called and arrived the next morning with a new tank and installed it. Brad was very professional and so very prompt. I would recommend Brad for your plumbing needs.
