Good work done by the tech. However he was not trained on our style of float switch . He did make a call but didn't have the app on his phone nor the training to test it. This would then require an additional service call and fee. We felt this should have been included as it leaves us wondering if all is ok.
Great experience - except for the fact that we needed them! They arrived at the time stated, worked non stop and were clear about what they knew for sure and what they predicted we might find as the work proceeded. They were very careful working to ensure that there was minimum disturbance to our landscaping. Even so, our job required significant excavation and I was amazed at how well the restoration of our lawn and garden was done. (The lawn will have to stay unseeded until the fall, but it is ready to go when the temperature goes down.) Impressive service including easy online booking that resulted in a prompt phone call to confirm date and time. The plumber did an excellent job and was professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company!
