The Osprey team installed a solar panel system. We had 5 quotes and Osprey was by far the most professional provider. They provided referece addresses for us to check what it would look like on our roof. Richard Wayte was very knowledgeble and helped us to select the proper configuration and provided information about incentives from BC Hydro and the Federal Government loan program. The installation was very professional and did a great job. We highly recommend Osprey Electric!
I contacted Osprey for a home generator installation. I received immediate advice from the owner himself. A scheduled visit to my home made it apparent that Osprey was competent to do the job, and a contract was generated. Installation has now been completed with techs Chris and Cam doing a very professional and caring job, with support from generator manager Paul. They communicated continually with me throughout the work, and made sure I was included in all decisions, something I really appreciated. Attention was paid to every detail and I'm very satisfied with the results. I am happy to recommend Osprey Electric based upon my experience with them.
I first contacted Osprey Electric (and several other solar installers), in the summer of 2024. Richard Wayte, their solar manager, contacted me back within a couple of hours. Over the course of the next month, he worked with me to explain a solar set-up, the government rebates and loan program, designed an array for my roof and even had a few suggestions to make the whole package a little more budget friendly.
