First time coming here, staff are friendly, process for urgent care was straight forward. Waited around 2 hours in total, which included an X-Ray for my chest. Doctor was able to diagnose me with Pneumonia and gave me a prescription for it. Highly recommend them, just have some patience if you can.
Dr Dorran Thomas was great to help my baby Finger it was broken. He was the best doctor. I was treated well. Got there at 715 am and out at 950 am. He wrapped my baby finger. Thanks Dr. Dorran Thomas.
Every time I have had to come to the Oceanside Health Centre, the staff have gone above and beyond. Previously it had always been regarding something requiring antibiotics, which usually means wait times (bring a book). This last weekend I came in for something more urgent and was seen right away; the nurse was incredible, very kind, did such a good job with my bandages that the nurse the following day commented on how well it was done.
The follow-up care has been great too, I didn't even know there was follow-up (have never had an injury like this before). They even took extra steps to reach out to a clinic closer to my residence to ensure that my ongoing follow-up...read full review
