We were passing through Parksville on our way back to the mainland and our truck stopped switching gears. We showed up unannounced 30 minutes before closing time on a long weekend, and Tyrone took the time to run the diagnostics, explain thoroughly to us what was wrong and what to do to get home safely, and then refused compensation for his time. We're so grateful for his help and would absolutely recommend HPM Automotive!
Called them 10 minutes before showing up for an emergency check engine light inspection. Not only did they check the engine light pro bono, I gave me some useful information and help me decide what my best course of action was. The atmosphere from the get-go was very inviting, really appreciate the gents at the shop, very kind and knowledgeable, trustworthy.
Tyrone is hands down the best shop to deal with! He cares about his customers and will bend over backwards any time of day or night to ensure folks can get back on the road. Thank you for being reasonable and trustworthy!
