We came to celebrate two birthdays. We booked the mid week escape with Grotto, massage and treetop tapas. We were there for 6 hours and completely relaxed and rejuvenated by the end of the experience. In the grotto we enjoyed the mineral pool, hot tub and barrel sauna. The staff are so attentive and remembered our names throughout. The relaxation massage was perfect. Our tapas dinner was remarkable and we enjoyed everything from cod and scallops to pork and steak. Our server was so knowledgeable and impeccable service. Thank you for helping us make lifetime memories.
Everything at this spa is absolutely wonderful! I have never had a bad experience there yet… And highly recommend the tapas!
My only recommendation would be that they changed the shampoo and conditioner and body wash… The pine stuff is just awful!
Since they’re such a natural and beautiful spa… I would love to see some of the Native products used in here 🤗
An Absolutely Incredible Experience!
The Grotto Mineral Pool is truly one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve ever had. Everything is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with Grotto staff throughout the experience adding an extra level of care and hospitality.
The jacuzzi is the perfect temperature, and the cold towels provided by the staff are such an incredible touch. The saunas and cold showers are wonderful, and the relaxation areas around the fire tables are the perfect place to unwind while enjoying food and drinks.
