The hydro therapy is highly recommended to relieve stress and slow down. Visitors can leisurely soak in the mineral pool, the hot tub, and the sauna, or relax in the quiet garden. Many enjoy a wonderful massage and leave with peace of mind. The pool size is adequate, though some find the mineral pool could be hotter. An automatic gratuity is added to the bill. Overall, visitors have mixed reviews and may or may not choose to return.
The experience was not what we had hoped, with my massage being cancelled on me, but they did do their best to make it right. Our grotto experienced was comped.
We were also told we would have drinks comped. We were never served, or offered service of said drinks. It felt rude to ask. We want upstairs to get a cuppa and complimentary snacks... No vegan snack option. Checked out the menu for the tapas bar and the garden. One vegan option: salad (insert eye roll here, because if I'm going to be paying spa prices I want more than a freaking salad).

My husband and I booked the dip & dine experience. The spa was lovely, service was excellent and the tapas dinner was amazing. I happened to luck out and get to the showers when one was free. When I finished, there were 10 people waiting for a shower! I would have given 5 stars, but the change rooms are small, and you might have to wait to shower and change, dry your hair etc.
Relaxing time indoor mineral pools, beautiful outdoor landscaped areas with private saunas, cold shower/ bucket, outdoor covered seating, fire pits. You can order drinks and appies!
After the 2 hour grotto experience we enjoyed the most fabulous tasting menu! All you can order! Robin our server was exceptional! No need to dress up, dining in your robe and sandals that are provided. The new renovation is beautiful, also very clean throughout! Pricey, but worth it! There is a weekday special rate.
