I called Glacier Ind. Parksville, BC. on Dec. 9/2024 to come and check out my fire place ,as it was not working. Steve was at my door within the hour ,checked everything out, even cleaned the fireplace glass. He had my fire place up and running in short order. Amazing service! Right from the first contact the service has been the best we have received in years. The owner Rob has created a knowledgeable crew who ensure that every detail is taken care of in a very efficient manner. The crew worked an extra long, extremely hot day to ensure that our install was complete before the weekend. The crew was so courteous and polite, they explained every step of the install to me and now I actually understand how a heat pump works and how incredibly efficient they are. It is so nice to not have to rely on wood heat as we have for the past 30 years. The heating is now a flip of a switch and the air conditioning is so fantastic... read full review

Don't hesitate to use glacier industries.
I found them through home depot and it's been a positive experience from the get go. They provided a very reasonable price for a heat pump. Scheduling was very accommodating as I needed the linesets to be put in at an earlier date. Everyone who came to do work was very professional, kind and not in a rush. I felt they spent extra time to do the job right. After the install, I felt like the cooling wasn't working optimally and they sent someone promptly to take a look and make improvments.
