I had the pleasure of working with Michelle as a breathwork coach and it has truly deepened my meditation practice. As a faithful meditator, I was looking for a way to deepen my practice and breathwork with Michelle was exactly what I needed. Michelle has a natural gift for creating a safe and calming space that allows for a transformative experience. Her guidance through the breathwork was clear and easy to follow, which allowed me to fully surrender to the practice. With her guidance, I was able to connect with my breath on a deeper level and access a state of stillness and clarity that I had not experienced before. What I appreciate most about Michelle is her compassionate and intuitive approach. She truly listens to her clients and customizes each session to their unique needs. She also provides a supportive follow-up after each session, which helped me integrate the insights and experiences gained from the breathwork into my daily life. I have worked with Michelle for many years through a number of alternative, spiritual and healing modalities...the latest being breathwork. I had no idea what to expect but Michelle's calm, clear guidance into and throughout our session made it a beautiful, calming, spiritual experience. Being a life-long meditator, who enjoys the relaxed, slow and mindful awareness type of breath, I was rather skeptical when I first heard of open mouth circular breathing. Somehow, despite my aversion to this type of breathwork, I found myself taking a class with Michelle. I have now completed 4 sessions with her and have incorporated Circular Breathing into my daily meditation practice. Michelle’s approach is genuine, relaxing and well-grounded. She provides clear guidance and support before and after each session. There’s a deep sense of trust which made me feel safe and allowed me to be open to new and amazing experiences in every session.
