I went here - giving them a chance as i moved here a year ago and needed a new hair dresser. Now I'm rating two categories and based on this they have 3 stars. The colour turned out nice - even though its more than I had asked for, i only wanted a couple foils. I am happy with it.Cut however - Lulu does not have a knowledge of how to cut layers or short hair properly. I kept explaining it was too blunt and needed to be thinned out and more layers. She just kept thinning the ends and my hair kept getting shorter, without producing any layers through the rest of my hair. I had to stop her from going further as she was clearly did not have the skill set to manage my hair....read full review
