The gentleman from G&R just dropped everything to help me out of a jam at a moment's notice, and wouldn't even allow me to pay him for it. Extremely grateful to have such an honest and kind mechanic in the area and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a positive customer service experience!

The best! A couple of days ago, I had the pleasure of experiencing customer service that felt like it was from a bygone era when people genuinely cared—something that’s almost unheard of today, especially in the auto repair industry. G & R Repair in Okanagan Falls went way above and beyond my expectations. I was on a last-minute father-daughter camping trip when my old camper van’s fuel filter clogged up. Despite the short notice, they got me in immediately and replaced the part incredibly fast.

Ron is amazing and so honest. I was visiting the area from the lower mainland and was fully expecting to spend $1000 for a suspected alternator failure but it turned out to just be a faulty dash sensor! He also did not charge me anything :)
