Never have I had the type of first class service like this. I mean not even just dry cleaning. I had dropped off my very expensive duvet that had freshly spilled coffee on it to Valiant. I could have gone to any of the two cleaners only three blocks away but I had bad experiences from both, so no. Instead I Googled and found Valiant. I called in advanced to see if they could clean it and spoke to Donny. He gave me a full (not lengthy) understanding on how they would take care of my duvet, when I only asked if they could clean it.
