We recently had Upper Level Plumbing Ltd. install a new hot water tank in our home, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. We had worked with James earlier this year on some plumbing upgrades and were very impressed with his efficiency, professionalism, and friendly manner. Because of that, we didn’t even look elsewhere for quotes — we knew we wanted James and his team to do the job.

Very impressed with Upper Level! James came highly recommended by some friends, and he returned my call right away; he then talk & texted me through a bunch of trouble shooting throughout the day when I was really stressed about a water issue and the prospect (and cost!) of ripping apart my bathroom to find a leak. In the end, he helped me resolve the issue and avoid unnecessary work by guiding me through initial investigative work/testing that I was able to do on my own. He was super knowledgeable, patient, and generous with his time up front; I will happily call him again!
I called to ask about a plumbing issue and the plumber took the time to walk me through it over the phone. In the end, he helped me realize I didn’t even need a service call. I really appreciate the honesty and professionalism, rare to find these days. When I do need plumbing work, I’ll definitely be calling him.
