The Owner is experience, efficient and reasonable. He understood my issue very quickly and assigned technician to assist me very quickly.
Brandon, the technician who helped me, spotted and resolved the issue within the 5 minutes of the visit. While he was on site, he inspected all the sockets making sure they work normally and meeting the building code.
Brandon is also very good at his communication skills. He’s English enunciation clear and explanation is logical, easy to understand. Allow me to understand what the issue was, what the fix is and now to address it in the future. If I have other electrical work to be done in the future I know who to go to.
