Tim has access to different type of lenders, acts fast, and provides accurate information about the trade-offs between rates, terms and amortizations. I highly recommend him as a broker.
Tim a top notch mortgage broker! We have used him to help us secure several mortgages, and always refer him to friends and family. To us, Tim is the ONLY choice because he always finds a way to make it happen even when other brokers and the banks say it’s impossible.
