I had a facial booked for today, but could not have it due to a scented candle in the treatment room, which is toxic so I let the staff know when they were incredibly understanding and agreed to remove it. They also gave me a $100 credit on my account. I’m extremely impressed by this customer service and their ability to hear me and my plea for sent free healthcare spaces.
