Called on the weekend when our smoke alarm system went off and could not be turned off once the situation was resolved - one of the five alarms continued to beep every 30 seconds, which would have prevented everyone in the household, including two people recovering from medical procedures, from getting any sleep that night. Bahar was able to visit the house within a couple of hours, turn off the faulty smoke alarm, which needed replacement, and return and install a new unit the second day later. They were very responsive, taking time to talk me through an emergency on a Saturday night. The service call the following Monday went very smoothly. The technician was on time and efficient.

Tashlight responded very quickly to my initial reach out via their website and were able to send a technician over in a timely manner. Not only could they easily tell what the issue was (which I hadn’t known), they then picked up the parts for it immediately and the entire process was completed in under 2 hours. I would certainly contact them again for future repairs.
