My recent trip to this salon was not the relaxing treat that I was hoping for. From the minute I arrived I was rushed along with abrupt orders from the receptionist. The manicurist had difficulty communicating and had long acrylic nails. Not only did she not wear gloves, but her nails continually poked me as she grabbed my toes! When she finished, she said “15 minutes“ and disappeared. After 20 minutes passed, and no one came, I attempted to put on my sandals and rubbed polish off one toe. The woman next to me called her manicurist and got her to fix it, which made my stay longer. I found this salon noisy, rushed, lacking in care, and I will not return.

Sophia Nails went above and beyond!!! Two days before my wedding, I was supposed to go with my bridesmaids to Spa Utopia. There was a miscommunication and Spa Utopia did nothing to accommodate us. We called Sophia Nails at 4pm and they were willing to take all 4 of us at 6pm. We got there (they were busy) and they put all 4 of us together in chairs! They were friendly, the shop was clean and they did a wonderful job with all of us. I would say they gave me the BEST french manicure I have ever had, and treated me to a little fun sticker on my nail as I was the bride. They were scheduled to close at 7pm but stayed till 8:30pm to make sure we all looked beautiful. My nails (shellac) were amazing and remained great for 3 weeks. I will definitely be going back to Sophia Nails and strongly recommend others go too!
