I don’t even know where to begin — my experience with this place was absolutely phenomenal. I’ve now brought three large-scale key copying projects here, totaling over 250–300 keys, and each time has been nothing short of flawless.
From the moment I handed them a simple sheet of paper outlining how many copies I needed for each key, they followed the instructions with unbelievable precision and care. I didn’t have to explain or double-check anything — they just got it. Every single key was clearly labeled, carefully organized, and perfectly duplicated. I had a handset installed and several locks rekeyed. Mike really went above and beyond with adjusting some sagging doors and did a fantastic job with navigating some other funky old doors. Thank you so much for your efficiency and finesse! ?
The best locksmiths and security experts in the lower mainland! I’ve gone to them for both repairs and key replications for a variety of common and uncommon locks, and I’ve saved money and a great deal of effort and worry because of them. Plus, they’re very friendly and skilled staff. Can’t recommend them enough.
