Having moved around a bit in my life I have experienced many different chiropractors. Dr Pearce is by far and away the best. So thorough and educated, personable and effective I couldn't recommend him highly enough. He has a gift and deep education. I wish I could bring him to where I currently live! I have been going to Dr Pearce for many years now when I'm in Vancouver. This Spring I came to N Van for work with a terrible stabbing pain and stiffness through the mid left shoulder and neck. It took three visits and his education of why this was happening for it to be resolved and its been fine since as I now know what to do to stop recurrence. Amazing.
