Having moved around a bit in my life I have experienced many different chiropractors. Dr Pearce is by far and away the best. So thorough and educated, personable and effective I couldn't recommend him highly enough. He has a gift and deep education. I wish I could bring him to where I currently live! I have been going to Dr Pearce for many years now when I'm in Vancouver. This Spring I came to N Van for work with a terrible stabbing pain and stiffness through the mid left shoulder and neck. It took three visits and his education of why this was happening for it to be resolved and its been fine since as I now know what to do to stop recurrence. Amazing.

Dr. Pearce has a gift and is a healer beyond just getting 'cracked' at the chiropractor. On my very first treatment he adjusted my neck and released tension and pain I did not even realize I had been carrying for years. The relief I felt was life changing and I continue to see Dr Pearce many years on.

Dr Pearce has treated my family for many years. North Vancouver's Seymour area is a bit of a drive but it's a destination that's enjoyable .I love the Free parking , and the services around the area are fantastic. food , post office all in a soothing old growth forest at the base of Mt Seymour ( part of the healing ) Dr. Pearce has re -aligned us for years always with great results which take "patient & Doctor " as a team to manage like drinking lots of water.Prices are good. I always feel "free" when I walk out, even though healing takes time it's a FIX right here right now !
