This review has taken me wayyyy too long to write, but Bo was great when he helped us with a blocked drain in our second-level town house. He was able to come in the afternoon of the day that I called, and initially tried a simpler/cheaper method before getting a bigger tool. It was a pretty grotty job and he toiled away at it until it was sorted. Professional, friendly and speedy. Definitely recommend if you're in a pickle with your pipes.
We contacted Bo after he was recommended to us by a store to change our failing combi boiler. Bo is excellent, very easy to communicate with and punctual. He recommended a Rinnai unit and we've been very happy with it. He's like one of the few official installers of that brand in the Lower Mainland so you get 2 years full warranty (including labour) instead of just one if you go with him.
I highly recommend him. Nice guy too (if you like to chat).
We hired Bo to install a new hot-water-on-demand unit, after our previous one retired itself! Bo was respectful and quiet on site, is a great communicator and was able to schedule us promptly so we only had a day turn around with no hot water. We have owned homes for over 35+ years, and only wish we had found Bo sooner. I highly recommend him - his knowledge and experience are appreciated.
