I have brought my Tsla twice so far for an ICBC claim. Second time there was some mistake and Faraz made appointment and fixed issue. Very honest and helpful. Then when dealing with paper work I spoke with Melynda and Francesca whom were both extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone seems very professional and upbeat. Thank you guys!!
I definitely would love to express the lovely and kind experience i had with this shop, especially when it came to the customer service at the front, both of the ladies where really kind and respectful and the young Italian lady also had such a great humor but did not quite catch her name, however she was also really professional including the way she dresses. I was very happy with the repairs for my tesla and impressed with the efficiency of everything.
A big thanks to Kevin Manalo to help both parties solved the problem... it's a highly recommended...he has big heart and very respectful ... thank you for all the patience and understanding
