Adam at Radius was so helpful. He got in products called “blue creeper” for me that I was told you couldn’t get in Canada. I repair sewing machines and blue creeper makes my life easier, my work better and is a real game changer from anything else that’s available on the market.
He even shipped the stuff all the way to Taylor BC for me.

I want to express our gratiude for the recent work on our carpet cleaning Truckmount machines recently ( Kohler engines) first they installed a new engine in one of our trucks, it is working fine, and just this week we had a fuel issue on a different machine, I drove down to have a conversation about it, and they jumped in right away and got me running, So grateful for the quick response and getting us back on the road, Chris runs a good shop, and Adam runs a great front end. of course Alex the mechanic, knows his stuff, Fair pricing and knowledgable.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Radius Industrial, and I can't say enough good things about them. Kevin, the sales rep, came out to my job site and provided a demo of their stump grinder. He went above and beyond to answer all my questions and provided all the information I needed to make a confident, informed decision.
