Highly recommend using this neighborhood local phone repair shop! Bill was super friendly and fixed up my cracked screen, repaired my charging port, and replaced my battery for a good deal. He also said to come back a week later and he would upgrade the battery for free once he got a new shipment of better batteries for my iPhone model in. Thanks Bill! Gonna recommend you to all my mountain biking friends with cracked screens!

Brought the phone to Bill with the charging issue. He took his time to check the issue but he had no part for the old phone. However, after spending 15 minutes of his time he didn’t charge me anything, even he had worked on the phone. Much appreciated Bill.Most recommended if you need your phone repairs. Most other store will charge you even they found no issue. The honest shop owner.

I had an amazing experience going to phone ER on Lonsdale Avenue today, I took in my iPhone 5c with a completely shattered screen that would no longer even turn on and within one hour I was already back there picking it up completely repaired and like new, not only did Bill do an amazing job with my phone he also provided great customer service And put a tempered glass screen protector on the new screen so that it lasts even longer and would not get scratched, I think that was a very professional touch and I will definitely be going back there for any future cell phone issues I have.
