It’s refreshing to see honest people doing great work. Brought in a badly damaged iPad and rather than racking up the bill on the repair request they did a diagnostics on it and explained why it wasn’t worth fixing. I would not hesitate to go back for any repairs. This has been the 3rd time we have used Phone Er and they have gone above and beyond the call every single time.
