Just brought my car in for a major service. All the work was done within one day and at a price that was absolutely fair for the amount of time and effort spent on the car.Ken was extremely communicative with what the car needed and the options ($-$$-$$$-$$$$) available, and the pros/cons of each.No pressure, just plain, easygoing advice exactly like you would get from a friend or a family member.My car always feels like its brand new from the dealership whenever I pick it up from PK Automotive. As a female who has been brushed off or has experienced the feeling of not being taken seriously, I have to say that Ken was definitely an amazing breath of fresh air!My fiancé recommended Ken, and:1. I didn't even have to go in person to get the sense that he truly knew what he was doing. I called to book an appointment and as soon as I mentioned what the issue was he asked me to drop by as he thought he knew what the issue was and that it would be a quick fix.2.
