I’ve always had a great experience with Northview. Even when impacted by a fire in the building, they were able to accommodate my appointment. I’ve only ever needed to cancel once for an illness and they were very kind and understanding and were able to make arrangements to see me the next week at a time that worked for me. Highly recommend!

I’ve had sessions with Bailey twice now, and she’s honestly incredible. She’s not just a massage therapist, she really pays attention, and if she notices anything that needs extra care, she explains it clearly and gives you helpful suggestions. You can tell she genuinely cares. The receptionists are also really sweet. There is a little coffee station where you can help yourself. The whole place just feels warm and welcoming.

My wife had COVID symptoms today and I called 45 min before her appointment and explained the situation to the receptionist to cancel her appointment.
So disappointed to see they charged us for “no show fee” as per a goofy policy and they did neglect all my explanations.
Not acceptable at all, As all other places won’t charge when you inform them about your sickness and COVID symptoms.
We don’t recommend this place, It means to me that they don’t care about the health and safety of other clients as much as i do care about our community.
We have to stop doing business with this place as there is no respect, trust and care.
Hopefully management can see this review and take a proper action.

I called the clinic in the morning of my appointment to say that I am sick have flue/ covid like symptoms and will not attend my appointment because I didn’t want to risk exposing others, yet the clinic charged me a no-show fee without any understanding or flexibility. Their lack of care for clients’ health is unacceptable. It also shows that they don’t care about other customers and staff health and safety, which is really disappointing for a health and wellness clinic!!!!!

Every experience I’ve had at Northview Health & Wellness Clinic has been a positive one. It’s clear that Jaimee McBride (RMT) genuinely cares about her work and her patients, and seeing her for manual lymphatic drainage has made such a meaningful impact on my well-being. She’s knowledgeable, compassionate, and has such a calming presence that makes each session feel restorative.

The building seems to be undergoing heavy reno so it's a bit drab but the office/reception itself is nice and clean
Jennica was so lovely to chat with during my massage and helped target specific areas I was having trouble with in relation to sports activities; as well as some in home exercises to consider as well
