I gave the car wash my money and it took my money and didn't work at all. I wasn't able to get a hold of anyone for help at 1030pm and had to back out of the car wash because the machine was in my way to pull forward and leave. I called in and they were very accommodating, they gave me a refund and a free car wash for the issue.
These guys really need to invest some money back into this car wash, equipment is constantly breaking down or not working properly.
So today I go to get a wash, the machine breaks after the soap stage, I need to back out and wait in the sun while another working bay becomes available, meanwhile the soap is drying on the truck. By the time I go through the wash the soap stains the entire truck. So the truck is essentially worse than before the wash. Rubbish! Really dissatisfied lately with this place!
Board displaying wash stages was broken, and my car was not dry when it said to move forward, nor were all of the dead bugs removed from the grill (more understandable) and hood (less so). No idea if I got The Works I paid for ... Feel like I should.
