My mom’s iMac needed a new hard drive. We weren’t sure which way to go, whether to get a new iMac or just having a hard drive replaced. BEN has recommended to change the hard drive and we listened to his recommendation. This guy is incredible! Extremely nice, helpful and spent lots of time with us. THE BEST SERVICE I'VE EVER RECEIVED! There is still genuine, nice and helpful good ppl out there (HIS NAME IS BEN :) ) who know what they are doing.. He helped without trying to rip me off or sell me something new, it took 5 mins tops - for something I assumed would've taken me days with any other store... ANY TECH HELP, COME TO BEN !!!!!!!!!!!!
