The clinic's practitioners demonstrate a high level of knowledge and insight into specific concerns, providing excellent physical treatment and personalized advice for continued care at home. With a warm and clean atmosphere, everything is always clean and professional. The heated massage bed and cozy linens feel welcoming and not sterile. The clinic also provides Acupuncture services for relief of pain, discomfort and restriction of movement. While the treatment is quite good and the practitioners are great staff and kind people, the clinic is a welcoming space for individuals to relax and rejuvenate, offering flexible appointment scheduling and exceptional service.
I’ve been coming to this space for a bit now and am always very satisfied with my experience. From the heated massage bed to the cozy linens that feel welcoming and not sterile every experience has been great. Everything is always clean and professional. I’ve been seeing Melissa as my regular therapist and she’s incredible. Strong pressure but really in tune with what I can handle each time. I work a job that puts lots of strain on my body and regular massage sessions are key for success and this is where I’ll go for the foreseeable future. Highly recommend!
I am very pleased and appreciative with the Acupuncture services of Zakiya Pirani. Zakiya, of Lynn Valley Massage Therapy, has provided me with physical relief of pain, discomfort and restriction of movement with my lower back and knees, providing me with the ability to continue with exercises and movement to maintain a healthy lifestyle, and to comfortably attend to my work obligations. Zakiya calmly listens to what my body is feeling, then asks me a couple of specific questions, followed my a concise suggestion of how we might proceed in our session together, then readily getting to it. Actually I have attended the clinic multiple times! (I'm a local guide too). Generally the treatment at your facility was quite good and practitioners/clinic were quite nice, they seem like great staff and kind people. When scheduling with practitioners they frequently (3 times actually) cancelled or rescheduled my appointment due to their personal scheduling conflicts. I've never had this happen at other clinics. I have lots of patience and tolerance for minor inconveniences but when practitioner(s) cancel my appointments multiple times I find this poor customer service and tend not to rebook. 5 stars for the actual services and people. 1 star for customer service....read full review
