Most of the time I have a positive experience at Great Clips, which is why I've been going to the Westview store for many years. I love the fact they use my phone number to record my haircut preferences, so I don't have to explain it every time.The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is that some of the hairdressers aren't very good. There'll be a different set of hairdressers each time I go, and although I'd say there's a 90% chance you'll get a good experience, there's still a 10% chance you'll not like the outcome.

So bad. Came in, there were two women working. One (the younger one) knew what she was doing, but the other was so slow, bad and ridiculous. Took 15 minutes to check us in, so much so I had to help. The system told her what needs to be done (haircut notes) but she kept asking for a photo of what we wanted. Even after pointing out the notes she had no idea what to do. Would never come here again

Moved to North Vancouver from burnaby.. perused around because my go to spot for 3 years was in metrotown. Happened upon This Great Clips Location and loved it.Just go there.. they take your number, name. Everyone is polite so far that I've experienced. They attach your previous cut type and clip sizes used to your profile in case you forget what you normally ask for.. very simple process.Lately I've been just letting the Ladies there just do whatever they want, surrounding my normal hair cut and they always choose a great adjustment to the style.Longest wait was 10 minutes but it's nothing, theres a coffee shop next door, get a beverage and sit down.
