Kate or Kathy gave me a 6-star haircut in 10 minutes flat. This is my first satisfying haircut since I left Austin, TX, in 2009. I have lived in two Indian and three US cities since then and no one got my hair right, despite my having my pics handy. I am quite punctilious when it comes to the aesthetics of everything. I have mid-length hair as a guy (think Jim Morrison), but it takes a master coiffeuse to get the "layering" right. Kate did! I met her again yesterday just to thank her!

The team is awesome and the facility always CLEAN.At the age of 60 and my hair is limited 70% bald I appreciate the care in the fast service of the haircut. However the new rules to charges is not right as pre covid haircuts below $20 and now over $25and NOW you want extra funds for a neck shave and brow trim????So I give a "1" Star to management:My comment to Management and Brand managers is that it is not right to charge for a neck shave and brow trim at $10 each. For loyal clients like me and older: whom are not doing the facial growth which I get takes time to do, my was less than 2 minute for both. Please review policy and I might upgrade score.MC
